The river RAPCZA separates the past from the present, but in the meantime it connects it as well. Therefore it separates the chief and base field of the shield. In chief, there are the symbols of the past, while in base, there are the symbols of the present.
Symbol of fish: Until the 19th century there have been 6 lakes surrounding the village according to the recordings. Fish was a very important food for the inhabitants of the village. Reed surrounding the fish represent the swamps around the village.
Symbol of poling: Represents the origin of the village from the era of the settlement of the Hungarians. Inscription TERRA CAPI refers to the first mention of the village from 1209.
Symbol of church: Represents the Lutheran present and religion of the villagers, with the symbol of the Lutheran church.
Motive of corn: Shows the agricultural character of the village. The two ears of reed-mace give a frame to the shield.
