The arms of the Local Government: between the green palm leaves formed U shape an oval- sole shield is situated which is cut three times, and in the middle of the shield can be found an cut arm holding a sword.
Between the arm and the sword can be found in the second stripe a six-pointed star.
Above the shield is also a six-pointed star, and above the star can be found two golden coloured ears of wheat which are layed crosswise.
The arm holding the sword was coloured gold, the two stars and the sword were coloured silver.
The first and the third stripes were coloured green, the second and the fourth stripes were coloured blue.
