Silver branchet rooftree is dividing the painted stand of the shield, in its first part which is red field of escutecheon there stands a lion with its two front legs raised, and in its right paw it holds a double silver cross, in its left paw it keeps a golden star. In the second and third fields there are one-one outside looking golden pieces of wheets with two leafes.

The meaning of the symbols:

The dividing line in the tree branches means the characteristic traffic division of Kadarkút a triple road devision.

The golden lion became the town's symbol from the first world war which in its paws keeps the two signs of the inhabitants religion's symbols (catholic and protestants).

The two golden wheets symbolises the main profession of inhabitance which was agricultura as it is seen in the symbols.
