Triangual shield erect and gules. Base or is cranellated. In field gules a demi-mane rampant and argent is borne, with its front feet it is holding three arrows or, borne crosswise. On both sides shield is flanked by two vine trailers vert, issuing from the same stock and adorned with two bunches of grapes or. Below the shield a tripartite ribbon or is borne encouped, with the settlement’s name FELSŐNYÉK inscribed in it in capital letters sable. Before and after the settlement’s name an ornamental dot.
