Shield erect, party per fess azure and vert, its base is curved to a point. At fess a wavy bend argent. In chief the wheel of a water mill argent is issuing from the wavy bend. At fess a fish azure and naiant.

In base a tree or and leaved.

Outer ornaments of the shield include an ear of wheat or on the dexter and braided reed, tinctured proper (vert) on the dexter side.
